Hennerton Golf Club - Wargrave, Berkshire

I have visited the nine holes at Hennerton a number of times over the years, but this is the first visit of the updated full eighteen hole course.

Played during the middle of quite a hot summer, the course was pretty dry with firm fairways and greens helping the ball roll a lot further than usual, bringing some of  the par 4's on the back nine into reach from the tees.

The extra nine feels as though it has been crammed in and the overall length of the eighteen holes is quite short although the quality of the greens and fairways does make up for this. I had a quality meal in the clubhouse after my round and found the overall experience good value for money.
