West Berkshire Golf Club

The West Berkshire is very long from the back tees and the course was suffering a little after all the dry weather we have had but the firm fairways certainly helped with some of the longer holes. The greens had some brown patches on them but still putted well and the bunkers were filled with lovely soft sand.

As I have mentioned already the course was very dry but it looks like the sort of course that looks great as it gets greener after a bit of rain, the staff were kind and helpful and the rest of the facilities were good too, this course certainly looks older and more mature than it is.
